Process & documentation

Acceptance-ready means: documented.

Documentation is the most common point of dispute between clients and subcontractors. That is why for us it is not an appendix. It is the process itself.

  1. Step 1 of 4

    Scheduling and access

We arrange appointments directly with owners and residents and follow up systematically on no-shows. You get the status per address during the project, not at the end.

  2. Step 2 of 4

    Walkthrough and survey

On-site assessment with photo documentation for every building and home. Captured to your template, so the data flows into your planning without rework.

  3. Step 3 of 4

    Installation and splicing

Riser cabling, fiber outlet installation, splicing. Our crews work in fixed teams with their own equipment and vehicles.

  4. Step 4 of 4

    Testing and handover

Attenuation testing for every connection, plus reports and photo documentation as a complete acceptance package. The goal: sign-off on the first attempt, no queries.

FAQ

Questions from procurement

What procurement and project managers ask most often. Your question missing? Just send an email.

Does Fiber 360 work as a subcontractor for general contractors?

Yes. We work as a subcontractor for general contractors and directly for carriers, under framework agreements or per project. Work can be awarded by trade: building walkthroughs, site surveys, building entry, riser cabling, fiber outlet installation, splicing and testing can each be booked individually.

Which documents are available for subcontractor vetting?

Business liability insurance, a withholding tax exemption certificate per §48b EStG, clearance certificates from the tax office, health insurers and the employers’ liability association, plus a minimum wage declaration per the German MiLoG. We send the complete company profile with all credentials as a PDF within one working day.

Which documentation template do you use?

Yours. We adopt the client’s documentation template, including photo documentation for every building and home, splice records and test reports. The acceptance package is delivered so it flows into your systems without rework.

How does scheduling with owners and residents work?

Our teams schedule directly with owners and residents, in multiple languages and with a fixed follow-up loop for no-shows. You receive the processing status per address during the project, not just at the end.

Which regions does Fiber 360 cover?

All of Germany. Headquarters are in Leverkusen, at the center of the Rhineland rollout. Completed projects span more than 50 cities and municipalities; our crews travel and stay overnight in the project area.

How quickly can teams start in a new area?

That depends on the area layout and volume. Send us the key figures (number of homes, time frame, trades) and you will get a concrete answer on crew count, start date and weekly output.
